Matrix Material Standards

A matrix reference material is defined as a reference material that contains major, minor, and trace components.  Matrix materials are intended to be used in conjunction with real sample analysis of the same or a similar matrix (ISO D GUIDE 30:2013(E) 2.4.). Reference matrix materials are mostly used as quality control standards in laboratories. Use of matrix reference materials in analytical processes provides worked examples of how to properly apply the selected standard materials in an analytical process, including method validation, verification, quality assurance and quality control studies.

We offer wide range of matrix material standards which are come by inter-laboratory comparison tests. Assigned value of the selected parameter is determined by calculating statistical data (For example mean value, error, standard deviation etc.) of the laboratories' results. Matrix material standards are also offered with a certificate of analysis (CoA) document which includes assigned value, uncertainty value, storage conditions, shelf life information etc.
